  1. Overview

At Vistafe we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are limited. We accept returns or replacements only under specific conditions.

 

  1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

We will consider return/replacement if:

– Wrong item delivered,

– Product received is damaged, defective or tampered with on arrival.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photo evidence.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or consumed products are non-returnable except when damaged/tampered at delivery.

 

  1. How to Request a Return/Replacement

Email our support team at businessvistafe@gmail.com  with:

– Order number

– Photos of the product and packaging

– Description of the issue.

 

  1. Refunds

If refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

  1. Replacements

When a replacement is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

 

  1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Cancellations requested after dispatch will be processed as returns per the above policy.
